Material performance

Anti-Microbial

The test of antibacterial, bactericidal, bacteriostatic activity and has been proven effective. This relatively quick and easily executed qualitative method determines the antibacterial activity. We provide pink-stain-free vinyl. A common test method used to assess materials against pink staining, using the Streptoverticillium reticulum pink staining test organism, is the ASTM E1428.

Anti-Flammable

The flammability tests which are of utmost importance, Determines the burn resistance capabilities of materials used in marine, contract furnishing and healthcare. Passes fire-test-response standard, designed for the assessment of the resistance of our applications when it comes to combustion after exposure to smoldering cigarettes.

Cold Crack Resistance

Our material passes the requirement of the cold-crack resistance and is an excellent material with no cracks.

UV Resistant

UV light, or sunlight, will not cause materials and surfaces to fade or discolor as it passes ASTM G154 (500 HOURS)

Longevity

Abrasion

Tests & Martindale Depicts resistance power against damage due to abrasion. ASTM D4157 10,000 rubs

Weatherometer

Weatherometers simulate the weathering process of indoor and outdoor sun exposure on materials. (1000 Hrs)
